Background

For a long time, I believed something was wrong with me.

I moved from job to job and was often told I would never have a “proper career.”

Workplaces felt confusing. I struggled with communication, found it hard to speak up for myself, and often felt misunderstood or undervalued by managers and colleagues.

I would get bored when work wasn’t challenging enough, overwhelmed when support was missing, and burnt out trying to keep up with expectations that didn’t seem to fit how my mind worked.

Years later I discovered I am Autistic and ADHD.

Suddenly many of those experiences made sense.

That discovery didn’t just change how I understood my past — it shaped the work I do today.

The work I do now

I now work with neurodivergent people who want to move from reacting to what’s happening…

to recognising what’s happening.

When people can recognise patterns, make sense of their experiences, and understand what they need, something shifts. They begin to trust their own experience and advocate for themselves in ways that work for them.

My role is not to tell people what they should do.

Instead, I create a space where people can think clearly, notice what matters to them, and discover their own ways forward.
