Group Coaching

Group coaching offers something unique that goes beyond 1:1 sessions. While individual coaching gives you focused support, group coaching adds the richness of shared experience. You get to learn not only from your own reflections, but also from hearing others explore what works for them.

The group will be facilitated using Systemic Modelling, an approach developed by Caitlin Walker. This way of working creates a network of attention, where everyone is learning not just from their own reflections, but also from each other’s experiences and insights.

You don’t have to have the same problem to learn from someone else’s solution.

It’s a collaborative space where shared learning deepens individual understanding.

In this kind of space, someone else’s “a-ha” moment might spark a new realisation for you. You might hear your own thoughts said out loud by someone else, helping you feel seen, understood, and not alone.

Group coaching creates a sense of connection, shared understanding, and community. It can help you discover new strategies, language, and perspectives — all within a supported and accepting environment.

Theme: Executive Functions

  • Session 1

    Setup

    • Get to know the group and set shared agreements

    • Clarify your personal goals for the programme

  • Session 2

    Time

    • Begin to understand your own model of time
    • Explore your relationship with time and time-related struggles
  • Session 3

    Prioritising

    • Identify how you prioritise at your best and worst
    • Understand what influences you being able to prioritise
  • Session 4

    Organising

    • Identify how you organise at your best and worst

    • Explore systems, support and resources that could work for you

  • Session 5

    Decision making

    • Notice how you make decisions

    • Understand what supports you or hinders you to make decisions

  • Session 6

    Communication and advocating

    • Get to know more about your communication style and needs

    • Practice ways to advocate for yourself and ask for small adjustments

  • Session 7

    Reflection

    • Reflection on what are you learning about yourself and how you'd like to use that going forward

    • What would you like to have happen next?
