A space to be:
Whoever they are.
However they are.
Accepted.
Welcomed.
This isn’t about fixing or improving. It’s about being as you are, discovering what you need and being in connection and community with others.
Whoever they are.
However they are.
Accepted.
Welcomed.
Connection to self.
Community with others.
Rest.
Self-understanding.
Have been recently diagnosed and are thinking, “Now what?”
Are exploring the possibility of diagnosis after years of “not fitting in”
Feel exhausted by everyday life
Are learning about your needs and how to advocate for yourself
Long to be with other Autistic and/or ADHD people
Are wanting to understand yourself more deeply
Interoception is your ability to notice what’s happening inside your body — breath, tension, energy levels, hunger, the early signs you need a break.
Many neurodivergent people tell me they either miss these signals until they’re exhausted or overwhelmed or feel them so strongly it’s hard to regulate.
Nature can make this easier.
The light is softer.
The sounds are layered rather than sharp.
There’s space.
When your nervous system isn’t working so hard to manage noise, bright artificial light or social intensity, it can become easier to notice:
Woodland also gives your senses something steady to land on — birdsong, breeze, ground under your feet.
And when you can hear yourself more clearly, you have more choice — and more capacity — to advocate for your needs.
I’ll be holding the overall structure and flow of the weekend. Drawing on my experience as a coach, facilitator and Forest School Leader, I’ll be gently supporting the space where insight and connection can emerge.
This retreat is for you if:
You are Autistic and/or ADHD (self-diagnosis is absolutely valid)
You were assigned female at birth and/or identify as a woman
You’re drawn to rest, nature, connection, and reflection
You feel safe being in a small group for the weekend (with options for quiet time)
You’re not in an acute mental health crisis, and can manage a group space without 1:1 support
There’s no expectation to join in beyond what feels right for you. You’ll be free to participate, move, rest, or step back in whatever way suits your needs.
A peaceful, woodland setting
A small group (no more than 12) of other Autistic and/or ADHD people
Inpiring activities led by neurodivergent facilitators
Creative, therapeutic, and reflective space
Time for quiet, rest, and unstructured being
Shared food and simple grounding rituals
A deeper understanding of yourself
Connection with others who get it
Practical ways to support your energy and boundaries
A renewed self of trust - in yourself and the community
