Values
I don’t percieve that being neurodivergent is a problem, deficit or something to be fixed.
My role as a coach is not to solve things for you.
My starting point is to honour you just as you are.
I trust that you know yourself better than anyone and that with my support you can develop deeper self-awareness, understanding and find your own solutions on your own terms.
This is so important for my business because oftentimes, my clients tell me that they feel 'wrong’ and 'not good enough’.
I will meet you where you are now - I will ask interesting questions, remain curious and create the conditions that allow new insights to emerge.
Vision
Through coaching, I enable neurodivergent people to be at their best more of the time.
I believe that through embracing difference we can create vibrant, creative, and sustainable diverse communities and workplaces.
I want to change the way society sees and treats neurodivergent people by empowering them to reclaim their authenticity.
I support neurodivergent people in reconnecting with themselves, developing agency, self-understanding, and self-acceptance, so they can confidently speak up and advocate for their needs in their personal and professional lives.
