My approach

All of the coaching I offer is clean coaching. Clean coaching allows you to clarify your thinking on any issue and is uniquely tailored to you and your own situation.

The 'clean' part of clean coaching refers to my aim to minimise contamination of your thinking with my interpretations, suggestions, advice, judgements, opinions, biases etc.

To achieve this, I use only your words together with David Grove’s Clean Language Questions.

My presence and the use of Clean Language will mean you feel heard, understood and validated.

You’ll begin to trust yourself and your own inner wisdom.

Ethics and Professional Conduct

As an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach and member, I am committed to delivering coaching that is ethical, respectful and grounded in evidence-informed practice.

Coaching is an unregulated field, but I choose to align myself with a respected professional body so clients can feel confident in the quality, safety and integrity of the support they receive.

This is a core component of my approach and offer.
